Job Title: Spanish Language Trainer and Client Communicator

Location: Remote

Hours: Part-time, evenings (05:30 PM - 09:30 PM)

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic individual to serve as a Spanish Language Trainer and Client Communicator. In this remote role, you will train our employees in Spanish language skills and facilitate effective communication with our Spanish-speaking clients.

Responsibilities:

Conduct engaging Spanish language training sessions for employees.
Develop customized training materials and curriculum.
Assess employee language proficiency and provide feedback.
Act as a liaison between our company and Spanish-speaking clients.
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide support.
Assist in translating documents and correspondence as needed.
Requirements:

Fluency in both spoken and written Spanish and English.
Proven experience in language training and client communication.
Strong interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills.
Ability to adapt training methods to various learning styles.
Bachelor's degree preferred.
