Our client, a leading global igaming company, is looking for a Spanish VIP Sportsbook Managerto join their team. The ideal candidate is a passionate and results-driven professional who excels at engaging with players and delivering exceptional service. As a VIP Manager, your mission is to enhance and personalize the VIP player experience, fostering long-term loyalty and maximizing player value.

This role is office based and is being offers a salary of €42K + up to €5K monthlybonus.

Role and Responsibilities

Building and maintaining strong relationships with VIP players
Analyzing player behavior and ensuring a personalized VIP experience that meets their needs
Monitoring player performance and making informed decisions regarding bonus
Resolving client issues promptly and effectively
Ensuring compliance with relevant sportsbook regulations
Meeting or exceeding KPI targets

Education, Skills, and Experience

Native-level Spanish (written and spoken)
Fluent English (C2 level)
At least 2 years of experience in Sportsbook igaming, including 1+ year in VIP Management for the Spanish market(non-negotiable)
In-depth knowledge of Sportsbook products and player behaviors
Strong customer service and sales skills, with a proactive approach
Detail-oriented with excellent analytical skills
Willingness to work shifts based on business needs

What the Company Offers

Office-based in Limassol (no remote flexibility, only late shifts can be worked from home)
Up to €42K gross starting salary
Comprehensive bonus scheme of up to €5000/month !!!
No night shifts
Shifts are scheduled between 09:00 and 02:00
