With a strong presence across Europe and beyond, our Budapest office plays a vital role in supporting key business operations for EMEA markets.

As we continue to expand, we are looking for Spanish and Portuguese speaking colleagues to join our team in Hungary-whether you are just starting out or ready for your next professional challenge.

What We Do in Budapest

Commerce

We support our commercial operations by managing the full order management process, ensuring seamless communication between customers and internal teams. This also includes accounts receivables invoicing activities, helping maintain financial accuracy and smooth customer experience.

After-Sales Support

Our after-sales team ensures that customer satisfaction continues well beyond the initial delivery. From handling service inquiries and supporting technical requests to managing the coordination and timely delivery of spare parts, our Budapest-based professionals provide dependable, high-quality support to our customers every day.

Finance

Our finance team supports Epta's operations by managing key processes like Accounts Payable, Collections, Cash Application, and Credit Management. From handling supplier invoices and payments to reconciling incoming cash and monitoring customer credit, our Budapest-based experts ensure financial accuracy and smooth collaboration across the EMEA region.

Who We're Looking For

• Fluent Spanish and/or Portuguese speakers (written and spoken)

• Proactive people with a customer-focused, can-do attitude

• Organized, reliable team players who thrive in a fast-paced environment
