WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

• Join a dynamic team of credit risk specialists, contributing to the investigation and analysis of credit information within established guidelines.
• Contact customers to determine the reason for payment delays and secure payment commitments, making non-routine outbound calls that may require deviation from standard procedures, screens, and scripts.
• Adapt your approach based on customer responses and confidently handle complex situations with a problem-solving mindset.
• Conduct extensive research and use a computerized system for tracking, information gathering, and troubleshooting to ensure effective collections.
• Respond to customer inquiries, resolve problems, and provide appropriate solutions.
• Develop and implement best practices for collections, ensuring adherence to company standards and efficiency in processes.

WHAT WE EXPECT:

High school education.

1+ to 3 years of experience in finance, accounting, or collections.

Strong proficiency in English and Spanish (B2 level and above).

The role demands assertiveness, advanced problem-solving abilities, emotional intelligence, and multitasking skills.

Motivation, self-sufficiency, and a proactive mindset are critical for thriving in a high-achieving team.

Salary ranges (for employees in Lithuania only): 1300 - 2200 € gross (the given range is flexible and depends on your experience).
