Inviting applications for the role of Tactical Buyer - Domain Trainee - Spanish - Remote Romania *

In this role, you will support the indirect buying process of a worldwide FMCG customer, by identifying and sourcing tactical buying projects.

Responsibilities
• Source tactical projects within Indirect Spend categories
• Ability to benchmark existing prices against historical and external market prices
• Ability to perform spend analytics to identify best available market price for the ongoing project.
• To negotiate and conclude sourcing projects within standard timeframe
• Thorough understanding of end-to-end procurement processes, including sourcing, vendor management, and contract negotiation.
• Extensive experience in contract management, including drafting, reviewing, and executing contracts.
• Proficiency in analyzing and mitigating risks associated with procurement and contract management.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills to liaise with vendors, internal stakeholders, and legal teams.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, multitask effectively, and meet project deadlines.
• Meticulous attention to detail and strong analytical abilities to identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize procurement strategies
• Will be responsible for Customer Satisfaction

Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications / Skills
• Language required is Lithuanian and English, both level B2+minimum
• Working experience (for tail spend management): Minimum 1 year in a similar environment and sourcing categories
• Previous procurement experience in Tactical negotiations
• Negotiation skills aligned to experience levels
• Good analytical, strong communication & interpersonal Skills
• Need to be strong team player
• Should be excellent in MS Excel in addition to having good working knowledge of MS Word and Power Point
• Preferred (not mandatory) exposure in working with typical ERP tools deployed in Procurement environment (Coupa, SAP, Service Now etc.)
