As a Talent Acquisition Officer at Amaris Consulting, you will play a key role in attracting and selecting the best professionals to join our teams in Portugal, contributing directly to the growth and success of our business.

Your missions

• Manage the full recruitment cycle for various roles, from sourcing to onboarding for our international customers
• Identify and attract top candidates using innovative sourcing strategies
• Conduct qualification meetings and assess candidates' skills and motivations
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
• Maintain and update the applicant tracking system and recruitment reports
• Collaborate with managers to understand hiring needs and define job requirements
• Participate in employer branding initiatives and recruitment events

Your profile

• Experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, ideally in a consulting or technology environment
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools
• Academic background in Human Resources, Business, or related field
• English and Portuguese fluent. Spanish is a plus.
• You demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills
• You show organizational skills and attention to detail
• You are proactive and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• You display a collaborative mindset and adaptability
• You have a results-oriented approach and problem-solving skills

Interviews (the average number of interviews is 3 - the number may vary depending on the level of seniority required for the position). During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. We will talk in depth about you, your experience, and skills, but also about the position and what will be expected of you. Of course, you will also get to know Amaris: our culture, our roots, our teams, and your career opportunities!

Case study: Depending on the position, we may ask you to take a test. This could be a role play, a technical assessment, a problem-solving scenario, etc.
