We are looking for a dynamic and energetic person who is eager to actively contribute to the talent sourcing function at Ferring. Our mission is to build strong and diverse talent pipelines to meet our growth agenda and we count on your willingness to apply the best sourcing techniques to achieve it. You will also have the opportunity to contribute to the screening and recruitment coordination area.

Your scope will be focused on sourcing and screening candidates and coordinating interviews. We are looking for an amazing sourcer with Spanish language skills to hit the ground running and contribute to leverage the function in the locations we operate in.

Your day at Ferring

• Sourcing and interacting with potential candidates on social media and professional networks (e.g., LinkedIn).
• Identify qualified candidates using various sourcing techniques (e.g., Boolean search).
• Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition Partners and Hiring Managers across the site to understand their needs and translate these into deliverables.
• Building, growing and nurture talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
• Liaising with the local HRBP's and Hiring Managers to ensure clear communication.
• Apply consistency in the sourcing process and ensure the best candidate experience.
• Update and maintain our ATS (Workday).
• Screening and assessment activities to understand active candidates' eligibility for our roles.
• Phone screenings' process and background checks.
• Coordinate all interviews' scheduling (both virtual and onsite).

Behind our innovation...There's you

• University degree in Social and Organizational Psychology or Human Resources is preferred.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in a multinational company, dealing with sourcing activities, CV screening and Phone Screening interviews, is desirable.
• Great communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good proficiency in English and in Spanish are mandatory skills.
• Interest in being part of a multicultural Talent Acquisition team, where sourcers and recruiters work hand in hand and in a very dynamic way with each other.
• Good sense of humor.
• Integrity and honesty speak volumes within our team.
• Positive, a "roll up sleeves" mindset and a proactive approach to sourcing, able to redirect the course of action if needed.
• A bias towards quality of hire and candidate experience.
• Willingness to learn and be part of a fast-paced team and environment.
