Heathside Weybridge is seeking an enthusiastic, dedicated and inspirational Teacher of Modern Foreign Languages to join our vibrant and supportive MFL department. We are particularly interested in a Spanish specialist with French as a second subject, who has the confidence and expertise to teach both languages to KS4.

The successful candidate will:
• Be confident and enthusiastic about teaching Spanish and French to KS4, with Spanish as their principal subject specialism.
• Demonstrate strong subject knowledge and a genuine passion for language education.
• Plan and deliver high-quality, engaging and appropriately differentiated lessons that inspire students and support excellent progress over time.
• Set high expectations and provide appropriate challenge and support to ensure that all students can succeed.
• Demonstrate strong organisational skills and the ability to manage classroom dynamics effectively.
• Create a positive, inclusive and purposeful learning environment that promotes student participation, wellbeing and achievement.
• Contribute positively to curriculum development and the wider life of the MFL department.
• Support and contribute to extra-curricular language activities and opportunities that enrich students' experience of languages.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues and contribute positively to our supportive and collegiate department culture.
