We have an exciting opportunity for a fixed-term role (approximately 1 year), offering you the chance to make an immediate impact with our team. Our Technical Account Management team plays a vital role in ensuring seamless technical integration and maximizing campaign performance for our key advertisers, working closely with Engineering, Product, and Sales. As a Technical Account Manager, you'll be the trusted technical consultant for a portfolio of medium to large key accounts, with a focus on advertisers across Spain and Latin America.

How you'll make an impact:

• Manage and optimize a portfolio of approximately 20 medium to large key accounts with medium to high complexity, ensuring technical excellence and driving business growth.
• Serve as the primary technical consultant for advertisers, evaluating and implementing API features, conversion tracking, and quality assurance initiatives that enhance campaign performance.
• Proactively monitor search and conversion API performance for top accounts, conducting in-depth analyses and providing strategic recommendations for technical opportunities.
• Lead internal knowledge-sharing sessions and provide expert technical support to Sales Account Management teams.
• Act as the incident manager for advertiser-related business-critical issues, navigating complex troubleshooting scenarios and ensuring swift resolution to maintain advertiser trust.

What you'll need to thrive:

• Proven experience managing medium to large technical accounts with complex integration requirements, demonstrating strong relationship-building and consultative skills.
• Technical knowledge of APIs, conversion tracking, URL-tracking systems, and campaign performance optimisation.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), with the ability to engage clearly and persuasively with advertisers and internal stakeholders across different levels.
• Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to prepare in-depth campaign analyses, identify improvement opportunities, and translate technical insights into actionable business recommendations.
• Excellent project management and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to prioritise initiatives and make decisions that impact broader team objectives.
• A collaborative approach with experience refining workflows and contributing to process improvements that drive team efficiency.
• A genuine learning mindset - you approach challenges with curiosity, seek out feedback, and continuously look for ways to develop and grow.
• A performance mindset - you set ambitious goals for yourself and have the determination and resilience to follow through and achieve them.
