We are looking to strengthen our team in Bucharest by recruiting a Transport & Logistics Officer, a proactive and organized professional ready to work in an international logistics environment.
Main Responsibilities:
- Organize and coordinate transport between Europe-France and France-Europe platforms
- Communicate with suppliers to obtain logistical information (goods, pallets, weights), in close collaboration with buyers
- Research and select transport solutions using databases, transport exchanges, and online platforms
- Negotiate transport costs and contractual conditions
- Monitor and track orders throughout the entire transport process
- Develop and maintain a database of transport providers through market prospecting

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- Advanced written and verbal communication skills in English, French, and Spanish.
- Good technical skills: Excel; SAP is a plus
- Previous experience in transport/logistics is an advantage
- International exposure is a plus
- Strong multitasking and prioritization skills
- Excellent stress management abilities
- Reliable, autonomous, and results-oriented mindset
