A brilliant opportunity for a driven VIP account manager who loves engaging with players and is extremely results oriented.Being a native Spanish speaker is a requirementfor this role, and you must have at least 2 years' experience within igaming, of which one year must be within VIP Management.

Basic salary from 2000-5900 net monthlydepending on seniority.

Up to5000 BGNmonthly KPI relatedbonus

Role & Responsibilities

Engage with VIP clients via chat, email and phone
Identify potential VIP clients
Develop and sustain solid relationships with VIP clients
Assess and resolve clients' issues
Meet VIP players for streamed and live events
Evaluate and provide feedback on various segments relating to KPI performance
Meet or exceed KPI targets
Take active part in developing and implementing VIP programs and initiatives

Required Skills & Experience

Native-speakerinSpanish, both written and spoken
Fluent communication skills in English, both written and spoken
A minimum of2 yearsexperience of working withinigaming, of which 1 year or more inVIPmanagement
1+ year experience of working with VIP players active on the Spanishmarket

About this role

Office-based in Sofia, Bulgaria (no remote flexibility)
Shifts are worked between the hours of 09:00-02:00 (no night shifts)
Late shifts can be worked from home
2000-5900 net monthly salary (BGN)
Comprehensive KPI-relatedbonusscheme of up to5000 BGNmonthly
This role is NOT available on a remote or hybrid-remote basis but is FULLY office-based apart from late shifts
