Job DescriptionProcess payments promptly and accurately using established procedures. Manage supplier accounts, including updating payment information and resolving payment-related inquiries and disputes. Ensure compliance with payment policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities- Processing NON-PO/PO Invoices.
- Enter time-sensitive Utility invoices and research any past due amounts to ensure for current accounts.
- Respond to and resolve exceptions and inquiries from employees regarding travel related expenses including senior executive team by email and phone.
- Purchase orders - follow up.
- Vendor Reconciliations to ensure SLA targets are achieved.
- Month-end responsibilities include ensuring that all invoices are processed by month-end.
Qualifications- Prior experience in all Accounts Payable functions, including Vendor Maintenance, Invoice Processing, Exception handling activities of the Accounts Payable.
- Ability to comprehend complex information quickly & respond with clear solutions.
- Minimum 2-3 years of AP experience S4 Hana.
- Understands the need for confidentiality.
- Ability to give attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Demonstrates good time management and organizational skills.
