Inviting applications for the role of Accounts Receivable Specialist - Senior Process Associate - Spanish - Hybrid Bucharest!

Accounts Receivable Specialist is a member of Invoice to Cash team. Employees will perform operational maintenance tasks and support the Invoice to Cash Team. The Management Trainee will also perform and be involved in multiple support functions to ensure that day-to-day operations are smooth. Candidate must be organized and analytical, adept at working in a team environment, able to handle multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment. Role will also provide back-up leadership coverage for Account Receivable Collection teams, as needed. We are looking for. Account Receivable Specialist to handle collections and account resolution with customers of delinquent accounts, provide customer service, develop payment arrangements, and assist in resolving customer complaints and problem accounts. In addition, the role will be establishing relationships with key customer contacts.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine accounting reconciliations, reduce account aging, and establish clear and concise communications; participate in presentations of account receivable information to key customer contacts (team/Sales Directors).

• Forecast cash collections, evaluating and calling out issues to appropriate internal and external contacts

• Building effective relationships with internal & external customers

• Support various AR activities aligned to the team

• Provide support to the Team Leader, as needed

• Daily interaction with internal & external customers - building relationships with effective communications with customers, including follow-up with customers when encouraged payment has not been received

• Communicate with the team about the activity of daily operations to meet deadlines efficiently.

• Develop process improvement ideas/initiatives

• Special project as assigned

Qualifications
Minimum qualifications

• University graduate in a related field (Accounting and Finance studies are an advantage)

• Excellent command of Spanish

• Proficient in MS Office Applications and PC Skills.

• Ability to build and maintain effective customer/client relationships

• Ability to run through multiple systems and results-oriented priorities

• Ability to collaborate & negotiate with multiple partners in order to resolve issues

• Experience with Microsoft Suite to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
