£26.85 - £41.87 per hour

Are you passionate about helping others succeed in learning a new Language for a holiday or just to learn a new skill?

We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Associate Lecturer in Spanish to join our Adult and community team.

We are looking for someone to provide evening teaching, although there is flexibility around which evening. Other teaching hours are flexible and can be agreed based on availability and curriculum needs. Face-to-face teaching is essential, supporting learner engagement and achievement. Hybrid working is available for preparation, marking, and other administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities will include:

• Deliver high-quality teaching for Adult evening courses.
• Develop engaging lesson plans and learning materials.
• Provide academic support and guidance to students.
• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.

You will need the following essential requirements:

• A recognised teaching qualification (or willingness to work towards one).
• Relevant Spanish teaching qualifications
• Teaching experience in teaching a Languages.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A commitment to student success and professional development.
