Bilingual Pastor (English/Spanish)

Working under the direction of the Conference President, the Bilingual Pastor (English/Spanish) will:

• Provide strong biblical preaching and teaching in harmony with Seventh-day Adventist beliefs;
• Offer pastoral care, counseling, and spiritual guidance to members and the wider community;
• Lead worship services, bible studies, evangelistic meetings, and outreach initiatives;
• Support church administration, strategic planning, and leadership development;
• Work collaboratively with elders, departmental leaders, and conference administration;
• Encourage discipleship, youth engagement, and community service.

Applicant requirements:

• A Master of Divinity degree from the SDA Theological Seminary.
• Ordained into the gospel ministry of the Seventh-day Adventist Church.
• Twenty (20) years of denominational pastoral experience.

Applicants must possess:

• Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to minister effectively across diverse age groups and cultural backgrounds.
• Ability to work collaboratively, independently and manage competing priorities under pressure.

Required uploads:

• A certified police background check from each jurisdiction/country lived in the past 10 years.
• A certified copy of Ordination Certificate.

Salary and benefits are based on the denominational wage scale and policy determinations for the Bermuda Conference.
