Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update employee records within internal systems.
- Enter, verify, and manage data accurately in ATS and HR platforms.
- Communicate with Spanish-speaking candidates regarding onboarding requirements and next steps.
- Translate onboarding documents, instructions, and communications as needed.
- Ensure completion and accuracy of required forms and compliance documentation.
- Monitor and track background checks, reference checks, and other pre-employment requirements.
- Support onboarding operations while maintaining confidentiality and attention to detail.
Qualifications
Candidates must meet the following requirements:
- Comfortable and conversational in both English and Spanish (spoken and written).
- Minimum of 6 months of experience in a BPO, retail, service, hospitality, ESL teaching, customer support, sales, email support, chat support, or back-office environment is required.
- Strong willingness to learn and a proactive attitude toward achieving success.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and administrative skills.
- Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
