About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Bilingual (Spanish) Administrative Specialist - Onboarding Support to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a critical part in supporting the employee onboarding process by ensuring accurate documentation, maintaining records, and providing assistance to Spanish-speaking candidates throughout their onboarding journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update employee records within internal systems.
• Enter, verify, and manage data accurately in ATS and HR platforms.
• Communicate with Spanish-speaking candidates regarding onboarding requirements and next steps.
• Translate onboarding documents, instructions, and communications as needed.
• Ensure completion and accuracy of required forms and compliance documentation.
• Monitor and track background checks, reference checks, and other pre-employment requirements.
• Support onboarding operations while maintaining confidentiality and attention to detail.

Qualifications
Candidates must meet the following requirements:

• Comfortable and conversational in both English and Spanish (spoken and written).
• Minimum of 6 months of experience in a BPO, retail, service, hospitality, ESL teaching, customer support, sales, email support, chat support, or back-office environment is required.
• Strong willingness to learn and a proactive attitude toward achieving success.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and administrative skills.
• Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
