About the Operations Team

Every day, students from 175 nationalities book over 5000 nights across 33 cities on uniplaces.com.

Our diverse team, representing 14 nationalities and speaking 6 languages, is dedicated to improving the student and landlord experience. We aim to make finding a room as easy as booking a flight.

Do you want to make a difference? Join our team as a Bookings Agent Intern and become a key player in driving Uniplaces success!

In this exciting role, you'll be dealing with inquiries from students worldwide, using excellent verbal communication skills to guide them through our booking process in detail and effectively.

The main goal is to maximize opportunities by successfully converting potential leads into confirmed bookings. This involves clearly and persuasively communicating the value of what Uniplaces has to offer, ensuring that customers fully understand the benefits tailored to their needs.

Important Details

• This is a remote-based role.
• Internship contract with a duration of 6 months.
• Includes an internship grant + meal allowance.
• Access to a co-working office in Lisbon, Monday to Friday.
• Requires availability of 40H per week.
