About the job

• The Cash Management Servicing Support Officer mission is to provide efficient and timely support to Relationship Analysts in their daily activity. You will be in charge of a set of administrative tasks related to the daily Cash Management servicing needed of our clients. This administrative support should be provided with a client centric approach and in close partnership with the relevant stakeholders

Your Main Activities Are

• Support the Cash Management Relationship Analysts with administrative tasks in relation to the client's activity
• Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure prompt request delivery
• Ensure day-to-day operational efficiency by maintaining and improving queries management
• Follow the internal control framework to ensure reliability and traceability of the work done

Profile and Skills to Success

• Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Finance or Accounting
• Up to 2 years of experience in Administrative Support
• Fluency in English and Spanish
• Proficiency in Microsoft Tools, namely Excel
• Ability to understand, explain and support change
• Resilience and adaptability
• Good organisational skills
• Client focusedstrong
