Job Description

Join our Operations team in Malta! We are looking for an energetic and engaging Chat Host & Live Presenter to bring our chat rooms to life. This role will cover evening shifts and will be discussed in the interview process.

You will be the first point of contact for players - welcoming them, running promotions and games, answering questions, and creating a safe, fun, and inclusive community. You will also take on streaming responsibilities as a game presenter, helping us broaden engagement and deliver first-class entertainment experiences.

This is a highly interactive and rewarding role where your personality, creativity, and communication skills will shine.

Key Responsibilities:

Community Engagement

• Create a welcoming and inclusive environment in chat rooms.
• Host promotions, quizzes, and chat games in line with schedules.
• Encourage lively conversation and interaction with diverse audiences.
• Listen to player opinions and feedback, contributing to continuous improvement.

Game Presentation

• Present games live with confidence and energy.
• Engage with the audience during streaming activities.
• Generate innovative entertainment ideas that appeal to different players.

Player Support & Compliance

• Welcome and guide new players, explaining games and features.
• Answer questions and provide accurate information on-site products.
• Ensure all players follow site Terms & Conditions.
• Handle player issues with empathy, professionalism, and discretion.

Qualifications

• Native-level Spanish speaker (mandatory), with good English skills.
• Knowledge of bingo, online gaming/chatting, and social media.
• Previous experience in customer-facing environments.
• Experience as an iGaming game presenter is a plus.
• Excellent typing, spelling, and grammatical skills in Spanish.
• Computer literate (email, Word, Excel, Internet, etc.).
