About the Role
We're looking for a results-driven, people-focused Commercial Team Manager to lead our acquisition team, drive performance, and shape commercial strategy. If you love leading people, turning goals into results, and working in a fast-paced, international environment - this is your next big step.

• You have leadership experience (min. 1 year) and a passion for helping people grow.
• You're people-oriented and know how to inspire, coach, and empower your team.

• You're hands-on, working side-by-side with your team every day.
• You communicate confidently in English (B2+) and Spanish (B1+) / Portuguese (B1+), thriving in a multicultural setting.
• You hold a bachelor's degree (or equivalent).
What You'll Do
Lead and support a team of 4-5 buyers, driving commercial performance.
Manage daily operations and acquisition activities with a hands-on, strategic approach.
Coach, evaluate, and develop team members to reach their full potential.
Track KPIs and results, analyze performance, and report to senior management.
Shape strategy and propose action plans to achieve objectives and exceed targets.
Collaborate cross-functionally with buying, marketing, and commercial teams to deliver results.
