Credit and Collections Analyst - Your future role?

As a Credit Management and Collection Analyst within our EMEA team, your work will help maximize revenue and minimize credit risk across our diverse customer base.

You will handle cash collection, conduct credit risk assessments, manage customer order releases, make informed decisions on credit limits, and participate in business calls. You will collaborate closely with our sales teams and other internal stakeholders to maintain an effective credit control system while ensuring customer needs and expectations are met.

You will be based in Budapest and report directly to the Credit Management & Collection Team Lead.

In this exciting role, you will be responsible for:

• Achieve Credit & Collection KPI goals
• Research and evaluate clients' credit rating
• Proactively communicate with Clients and Sales teams through regular phone contact
• Escalate & follow up the necessary actions
• Make decisions on customer order release
• Investigate and resolve queries related to disputed invoices
• Manage effective collection of all debts

Your professional profile includes:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar Credit Management/Finance role
• College or University Degree
• Fluency in English and either Turkish or Spanish (both written and spoken)
• Intermediate Excel skills
• Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills
• Strong analytical skills and an eye for details
• High ambition and team work
