Data Analyst, Spanish speaking

We build legal entities profiles thanks to which our clients can link reference data to other content sets data. In our Team we value each individual, believing in diversity and collaboration. We are a team of 60 people who collaborate in order to deliver the best entity level content

Your primary responsibility will be to create profiles of companies and institutions in the databases that are used by LSEG clients. The information you will search for include entities' ownership structure, history and classification based on internal identification codes. You will find information on the companies' pages, annual reports, and other identified sources. You will need some of your skills in additional languages because some institutions publish their information in local languages only. You will go through a detailed training with your buddy that will enable you to do the tasks accurately.

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO BRING?

• Very good knowledge of English and at least intermediate level of Spanish
• Good verbal and written communication skills,
• Eagerness to learn a lot and collaborate with others,
• Strive for bringing the best data quality,

Some of daily tasks you will perform:

• Maintain legal entities profiles in the database,
• Perform research on local sources (e.g., Registries, Regulators, Stock Exchanges, Annual Reports)
• Monitor and update market events,
• Build ownership structure of a company in the database,
• Complete profile creations requests in a timely manner,
• Classify companies based on global regulatory framework or international industrial classifications,
• Perform quality control checks to ensure data accuracy,
• Respond to client's queries and explain our methodology,

You will be provided with full training and assistance of your colleagues.
Your package when joining Gdynia Team:

• Annual gross salary: 75,000 PLN
• Flexible working hours- working from 7am-18pm, if you are not able to do full time job (40 hour per week) we are open to discuss working for at least 30 hours per week
