The Position

The Early in Career (EiC) Partner brings subject matter expertise to support the global EiC strategy and works closely with the EiC community, Business Partners, and People & Culture partners. They leverage data-driven approaches to build diverse early talent pipelines and anticipate future skills needs. The EiC Partner plays a vital role in implementing EiC solutions as part of our workforce strategy and ensuring global alignment and consistency while providing support at both the country and global levels as required.

As an In-Hub EiC Partner, you will be based in one of our People Support Solutions (PSS) Hubs and serve as the EiC Partner for stakeholders and customers across multiple countries in your region.

The Opportunity:

• Ensuring strategic alignment of global, regional, and country-specific EiC strategies with People & Culture and business ambitions, leveraging expertise in EiC talent strategies and key trends.
• Acting as a Point of Contact for P&C and business leads on EiC topics, serving as a strategic thought partner and consultant on the entire Early in Career landscape at Roche.
• Translating organizational needs into impactful EiC talent solutions by leveraging data, evolving the existing EiC portfolio, and creating new solutions when necessary.
• Proactively managing P&C stakeholders, local and functional relationships, and challenge stakeholders and customers, while consulting on wider EiC-related activities supporting talent attraction and initiatives.
• Driving collaboration within the internal EiC community and the larger Roche EiC landscape to ensure alignment and evolution of EiC/P&C strategies, including leadership/support of global EiC-related projects and establishing key business and P&C partnerships.
• Overseeing adherence to set budgets, drive regional/country partnerships, develop attraction and engagement strategies, guide university ambassador teams, partner with EiC Specialists, identify early career pathways, and proactively enhance customer experience.

• You utilize analytical and system thinking with a data-driven mindset to derive insights and strategically plan for needs.
