Job Title: F&A-Spanish Specialist

Location: Hyderabad

Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Spanish Language Specialist who is fluent in both Spanish and English and has familiarity with Finance and Accounting terminology. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and be able to collaborate effectively with Spanish-speaking stakeholders. Proficiency in English is also required, as this role involves cross-functional communication within an English-speaking environment.

Responsibilities:

• Should support AP/AR/GL process liaising between local team and team in Mexico
• Assist in daily activities as well as month-end and year-end closing procedures.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to facilitate clear communication (Spanish/English) and accurate document translation, ensuring effective collaboration with onshore stakeholders.
• Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and external auditors.
• Provide support for ad-hoc projects as needed.

Qualifications:

• Experience of 2 to 3 years in supporting Spanish language processes
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluent in Spanish (both written and spoken).
