We are looking for a Global Product Training Leader to enable our distributors, partners and sales colleagues to acquire the Product knowledge required to successfully position our Solutions The role reports into the Global Marketing Director.

Key Responsibilities:

• Train sales teams and distributors on product, value proposition, , service, project management, partnerships and internal processes to enable the global organization to drive an effective sales approach.
• Develop and implement comprehensive training programs tailored to various regions and market needs.
• Ensure scalable deployment of training programs across regions using digital platforms and local champions.
• Desing robust Onboarding Program for commercial roles,
• Collaborate with product development teams to ensure training materials are up-to-date and reflect the latest product features and benefits.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments to improve outcomes (e.g. through surveys, knowledge tests and effectiveness scorecards)
• Organize and lead workshops, seminars, and webinars to educate sales teams and distributors on best practices and industry trends.
• Establish feedback loops with sales leadership to continuously align training with evolving business goals.
• Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders and partners to ensure alignment and collaboration in training efforts.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience in training and development, preferably in a global context. Strong understanding of sales strategies, tactics, and methodologies.
• Experience in building and managing train-the-trainer models is a plus.
• Knowledge of hospital, retail or central pharmacy are a plus.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment and adapt training programs to diverse audiences.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to frequently travel internationally
• Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
