HR Advisor with Spanish.Working within a team and reporting to the GBS HR Services Lead, this role focuses on providing top-notch customer service and handling HR administrative tasks for all core processes in HR Services EMEA. As the primary contact for HR inquiries, the role assists employees and managers across the business, guiding them in using the Company's HR System (Workday), reviewing notifications, and generating necessary paperwork. With strong organizational skills, the role ensures timely responses to HR queries within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLA) and Global Business Services (GBS) protocols.
What you will be doing?As an HR Advisor, you'll be at the heart of our people experience. Your day will be varied and impactful, including:
- Providing high-quality HR advice and support to employees and managers across the full employee lifecycle
- Managing HR transactions such as onboarding, pay changes, and leavers with accuracy and care
- Coaching managers and employees on HR processes and policies
- Supporting projects like mergers and acquisitions, ensuring smooth transitions and data integrity
- Handling sensitive queries including Data Privacy and Subject Access Requests
- Driving continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance processes and customer experience
What will you need to be successful?- Degree-level qualification;
- Fluency in English & Spanish (written and spoken);
- HR advisory experience within a shared services or commercial environment is preferred but not essential.
- Customer service experience with the ability to professionally communicate at all levels;
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills with the ability to coach confidently;
- Excellent organizational and administrative skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy;
- Ability to demonstrate integrity in all business interactions; analytical and problem-solving capability.
