Internship - HR Recruiting with Spanish

You'll be part of a dynamic Recruiting team focused on the Spanish Market, gaining valuable insights into HR operations and talent acquisition strategies.
Tasks & Responsibilities

• Learn and utilize various recruitment tools and systems to identify top talent.
• Support administrative tasks such as interview scheduling and candidate management.
• Screen resumes and application forms to identify suitable candidates.
• Assist in job postings and communication with hiring managers.
• Act as a point of contact for applicants, guiding them through the recruitment process.
• Contribute ideas for process improvements and support other recruitment-related initiatives.
About our future Intern

We're looking for motivated students or recent graduates who are passionate about HR and Recruiting and fluently speak Spanish and English (both spoken and written).

Additionally, we are looking for:• Willingness to learn new skills and to take over the responsibility for the assigned tasks.
• Good customer service skills and willingness to communicate with our stakeholders and candidates.
• Availability for almost a full-time internship (flexibility possible) from the office at least 3 days per week.
• Strong time management and prioritization skills.
• High attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Reliable, discreet, and empathetic with a service-oriented mindset.
• Team player with a proactive attitude.
• Familiarity with MS Office and other Microsoft tools.
