Internship in Finance Team - Spanish Speaker

Your role

• perform standard Accounts Payable, Fixed Asset, and General Ledger tasks, including Travel & Expense transactions
• assist with month-end closing processes and conduct analytical reviews of balance sheet accounts
• complete assigned tasks in an accurate and timely manner
• build a robust network and collaborate with various finance departments across the organization to ensure efficient and high-quality information flow.

Your team

You will be part of the Group Finance team located in Krakow, Fabryczna Office Park. We offer flexibility in work with a hybrid model available. Our primary role is to support the EMEA region by providing accurate and reconciled financial information. The key objective of this role is to deliver high-level reporting support for all operational and financial activities across UBS locations.

Your expertise

• A university degree in accounting, finance, or controlling
• Solid accounting knowledge
• Proficiency in written and spoken English and Spanish.
• Strong MS Excel skills, including vlookup, hlookup, and pivot tables
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a multinational team
