We're looking for a Junior Employee Lifecycle Specialist with Spanish to support HR processes across the entire employee journey. This is your chance to ensure smooth operations and high-quality service delivery.

About the Job

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Performing and supporting all employee lifecycle related processes from hire to retire (such as time and attendance, hiring, separation, job changes, changes in working hours, onboarding, probation, ends of employment etc.) and ensure changes and documentation are delivered according to the defined KPIs

• Maintaining high data quality in HR systems throughout the employee lifecycle and generating various reports from Workday and the time and attendance system

• Processing of employee's inquiries using ServiceNow

About You

We are looking for a unique and amazing talent, who brings along the following:

• Professional experience in a similar role within an international setting would be an asset

• Fluency in Spanish, basic knowledge of Italian will be beneficial

• Previous experience in HR management tools (Workday, SAP, ServiceNow, Time and attendance systems) - nice to have

• Good command of Excel

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Team-oriented, with the ability to work and interface effectively across all levels of the organization

• Innovative mindset and a can-do attitude whenever possible

• Fluent English language (speaking and writing)

• Attention to details combined with teamwork and customer orientation
