The RoleAn exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced, talented and highly motivated individual to teach A Level Spanish at Gower College Swansea.

Key Responsibilities- Plan, prepare, and teach across a range of courses ensuring schemes/records of work, assignment schedules, are appropriate to the syllabus content and awarding body standards.
- Ensure teaching and learning strategies and teaching materials are planned as well as accessible to meet the varied needs of all learners, and that Welsh Government initiatives e.g. ESDGC; Welsh Ethos; ES; Employability are embedded and assessed effectively.
- Adopt and use digital tools/solutions for delivery and assessment on line in accordance with prescribed College endorsed platforms.
- Assess and monitor learner progress, including the setting of targets, maintaining records of work and achievement in line with internal and external schedules/ criteria and college targets.
About You- Professional qualification or first degree in relevant area or equivalent
- Teaching/Training qualification or be prepared to work towards and/or knowledge of embedding Key Skills into the relevant curriculum.
- Level 2 (GCSE or equivalent) grade C or above literacy & numeracy qualification
