We are looking for a talented junior marketeer to join the marketing team, focusing on our offices in Southern Europe and Latin America. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to develop a marketing career within the dynamic Fintech sector.

The Job

As a Marketing Executive at Ebury, you will be responsible for assisting in the development and implementation of strategic marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness and generate qualified leads for our financial services. You will work closely with the marketing team and cross-functional stakeholders to execute targeted marketing campaigns, analyse performance metrics, and contribute to the overall growth of our business.

Responsibilities
• Role is focused on Ebury's marketing efforts across our S.Europe and newly formed LATAM offices (Chile/Mexico/Brazil)
• Role requires Spanish, Portuguese and English Business Proficiency
• Marketing Campaign Management: Collaborate with the marketing team to plan, execute, and measure integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, and events.
• Content Creation: Develop compelling and engaging marketing content, such as blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, and social media updates, to promote Ebury's products and services.
• Digital Marketing: Assist in managing digital marketing channels, including website updates, search engine optimization (SEO), pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, and social media presence, to increase online visibility and lead generation.
• Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify industry trends, customer insights, and potential target segments. Use data-driven insights to optimise marketing strategies and drive business growth.
• Lead Generation and Nurturing: Support lead generation efforts by creating and executing lead generation campaigns, managing CRM systems, and nurturing leads throughout the sales funnel.
• Event Coordination: Coordinate and support the planning and execution of marketing events, including trade shows, conferences, webinars, and client networking events.
• Brand Management: Ensure brand consistency across all marketing collateral, both online and offline, and maintain brand guidelines for internal and external stakeholders.
• Reporting and Analytics: Monitor and analyse marketing campaign performance, website traffic, and lead conversion rates. Generate reports to measure key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to optimise marketing activities.
• Collaboration and Stakeholder Management: Liaise with internal teams, such as sales, product, and design, to align marketing initiatives with overall business goals. Foster strong relationships with external partners, agencies, and vendors.

About You

• A passionate self-starter that is self-directed, able to both execute independently and in collaboration with others
• A mix of skills including a creative eye, strong technical skills, organisation and project management capabilities
• Hungry to develop, grow and take on more responsibilities quickly
• Stakeholder management - ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders including senior management and those in more technical roles
• Fluent in both Spanish, Portuguese and English, with copywriting skills

Preferred experience (although we prefer mindset over experience)
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in marketing, preferably within the financial services industry.
• Solid understanding of marketing principles, channels, and best practices.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools, including Google Analytics, SEO tools, social media platforms, and marketing automation software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies.
• Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and experience with lead generation and nurturing.
• Familiarity with international markets and global business landscape is a plus.
