As a Marketing Development Representative (MDR), you will serve as the first point of contact for inbound leads generated across the LATAM region. This role sits at the intersection of marketing and sales, ensuring that top-of-funnel acquisition efforts translate into qualified pipeline opportunities. You will be responsible for promptly engaging inbound prospects, assessing fit and intent, nurturing interest, and coordinating structured handoffs to reseller partners and regional sales teams. Operating within defined workflows and performance benchmarks, you will manage high lead volumes while maintaining strong attention to detail and delivering a seamless prospect experience. Success in this role requires ownership of pipeline quality, disciplined process execution, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally across marketing, acquisition, and sales teams.
RequirementsKey Responsibilities- Qualify inbound leads using structured fit and intent-based scoring criteria.
- Manage and execute inbound nurture workflows to drive lead conversion.
- Ensure accurate lead routing to reseller partners and regional sales teams.
- Maintain CRM hygiene and data accuracy within Salesforce.
- Execute campaigns and automation workflows using marketing automation platforms.
- Track, monitor, and report on pipeline quality and key performance metrics.
- Engage prospects using structured response tools and follow-up cadences.
- Provide consistent feedback to marketing and acquisition teams on lead quality and trends.
- Maintain detailed documentation of activities, communications, and status updates.
- Collaborate effectively across distributed teams while meeting defined SLAs and response timelines.
What Makes You a Great Fit- 4+ years of experience in an MDR or similar inbound qualification role supporting a US-based organization.
- Proven experience qualifying and nurturing B2B or SaaS inbound leads.
- Strong expertise in Salesforce CRM and marketing automation platforms such as Marketo.
- Experience using engagement tools like Outreach or similar platforms.
- Ability to manage high-volume pipelines while maintaining accuracy and responsiveness.
- Data-driven mindset with strong ownership of performance metrics and pipeline health.
- Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Experience working cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and partner/reseller teams.
- Familiarity with SaaS, B2B marketing, or partner-led sales models (preferred).
- Comfortable working in a remote, process-driven environment with defined start times and accountability standards.
