We are inviting you to apply for the role of Order Management - Senior Process Associate - Spanish - Hybrid Iasi

Responsibilities
Customer & Order Management
• Act as the primary liaison between customers, sales teams, brokers, distributors, and internal departments to investigate and resolve complex issues.
• Ensure accurate processing, shipping, and invoicing of customer orders.
• Analyze orders for compliance with client requirements and cut-off times.
• Maintain and update customer master data, including new account setups and changes.
• Use client-specific tools to manage daily operational tasks and ensure service delivery meets agreed metrics.
Reporting & Documentation
• Prepare and submit monthly reports and audit-related documentation.
• Assist the Assistant Manager in compiling and submitting reports.
• Ensure compliance with internal accounting controls (SOX).
• Create, update, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and working procedures.

Cross-functional Support
• Support credit control activities in collaboration with the Assistant Manager.
• Respond to ad hoc requests from business groups and local units.
• Identify and communicate opportunities for continuous process improvement and innovative solutions.
Team Collaboration & Training
• Train and mentor junior team members on daily tasks and procedures.
• Maintain and develop strong relationships with relevant markets and major customers.
• Act as a bridge between customers, outside sales, and internal departments to ensure alignment and issue resolution.

Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
• University degree required (preferably in Economics, Business, or related fields)
• Advanced proficiency in Spanish (C1)
• Good communication in English
• Strong working knowledge of Excel and SAP
• Relevant experience in OTC, Order Management, Supply Chain, or Logistics

Preferred Qualifications
• Previous experience in a multinational or corporate environment
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
• Proven ability to handle complex issues and drive process improvements
• Experience with audit compliance and reporting (e.g., SOX)
