The P2P Analyst is responsible for managing and processing invoices and ensuring compliance with company policies.

This position reports to the Team Manager and is under Beckman Coulter operating company and part of the Center for Financial Services (CFS) located in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Process and managed Accounts Payable transaction, including verify, code, and match invoices with purchase orders.
• Handle email queries and resolve any invoice discrepancies or payment issues.
• Support month-end closing activities, including account reconciliations.
• Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation.

The essential requirements of the job include:

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma, Advance/Higher/Graduate, Degree or Professional Qualification of any field, preferably in Accounting or Finance
• Minimum 2 years of accounts payable experience (Preferably in Shared Service environment)
• Familiarity with accounting software and ERP systems (Preferable Oracle)
• Good communication skills in English & Spanish (written and oral)
• Working hours: 12pm - 9pm MYT (support EMEA region)
