What we're looking for?We are looking for a Part-Time Spanish (Latin America) Translation Reviewer to join our team. In this role, you will ensure the accuracy, clarity, and cultural appropriateness of our website's Spanish translations for Latin American audiences, with a focus on investment-related content.
You will work closely with our content and localization teams to enhance overall translation quality.
What You'll Do- Review and spot-check automated translations of our investment-focused website content into Spanish.
- Ensure translations accurately convey the intended message and are culturally appropriate for Spanish-speaking audiences interested in investing.
- Identify and correct errors in grammar, context, terminology, and especially inaccuracies related to investment concepts.
- Provide feedback on recurring translation issues to help improve our automated translation system.
- Work independently following a flexible working schedule that accommodates academic commitments.
Requirements- Native or near-native proficiency in both Latin American Spanish and English.
- Knowledge of investment concepts and terminology.
- Strong command of neutral, pan-regional Latin American Spanish suitable for financial/investment content.
- Excellent attention to detail and an ability to identify subtle language discrepancies.
- Strong understanding of Spanish language nuances
- Basic understanding of website content structure and localization practices.
- Ability to work independently while managing time effectively to meet deadlines.
