About your role: As our Inbound Manager, you will play a key role in converting inbound interest into long-term partnerships and growth. This is a chance to work in a dynamic, high-scale environment where ownership matters and your ideas directly impact revenue, product strategy, and customer satisfaction
In this role, you will- Manage and respond to inbound leads promptly via email, messengers, and other communication channels
- Qualify leads by understanding their experience and potential for cooperation
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to optimize lead generation strategies and ensure a seamless handoff of leads
- Maintain and update records of leads, prospects, and deals in the CRM system
- Upgrade existing flows to make inbound funnels more efficient
- Develop customized proposals and quotes tailored to client requirements
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Provide feedback to product and marketing teams to improve service offerings and customer experience
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and client challenges to maintain a competitive edge
It's all about you- Excellent command of Spanish (B2+) and English (B2+), allowing you to communicate confidently with partners from Latin America and Europe
- 2+ years of experience in client-facing roles (Sales, BizDev, or related)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Results-driven and client-focused mindset
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills
- Ability to work independently and structure information effectively
- Experience with CRM tools
- Familiarity with analytics platforms like Tableau or Amplitude
- Proactive, goal-oriented, and always ready to take ownership of outcomes
