Role OverviewThe Partner Reconciliation Specialist will support a variety of back-office functions related to transaction processing, reconciliation, and reporting for all electronic card processing globally, both domestic and international products. This includes reconciling BIN/ICA and cash activity daily as well as identifying and correcting exceptions. The Partner Reconciliation Specialist will help measure and improve customer experience and SLA. The Partner Reconciliation Specialist will perform a wide range of reporting to banks, clients, and card schemes. Project phase testing validation is performed on an as -needed basis.
For this role, our working hours will be either 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM or 12:00 PM to 8:00 PMWhat you will do- Assist with portfolio monitoring for transaction processing issues and perform analysis of transaction behavior, researching anomalies and escalating to management.
- Perform daily reconciliations of transaction activity and exceptions, resolve outages, communicate with technical teams and clients.
- Create, execute, and analyze reports for business-impacting issues, technical incidents and improvement actions. Collaborate with global Technical and Operations teams.
- Create reports as required by business partners, banks, and card schemes.
- Analyze and enhance reporting and tracking databases, both in Excel and Microsoft Teams.
- Analyze Card Scheme Interchange and Fee bulletins from Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Diners, Union Pay International, JCB and American Express.
- Help validate technical enhancements on various system platforms and applications.
- Create procedures, assist with both internal training and client training.
