At Finsolutia, we are expanding our innovative AI-powered SaaS platform for mortgage brokers to new geographies, and we're looking for a Saas Product Specialist with at least 2 years of experience to help scale and evolve the product, with a strong focus on the Spanish market.
This role is ideal for a hands-on product professional who combines technical understanding, business acumen, and user empathy, and who enjoys working cross-functionally to deliver measurable impact in a regulated fintech environment.
You will collaborate closely with engineering, design, revenue, and customer success teams, taking ownership of key initiatives that support product localization, growth, adoption, and market expansion in Spain, while being based in Lisbon or Madrid.
What's Your Role in This Journey
- Product Localization & Market Support (Spain): Support the localization of the platform for the Spanish mortgage market by documenting local processes, terminology, and regulatory requirements in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
- Product Execution & Delivery: Translate business, customer, and regulatory requirements into clear product documentation and user stories, supporting backlog refinement, sprint activities, and high-quality feature delivery within Agile teams.
- Customer & User Insights: Collect and structure customer feedback and support user research activities to identify usability issues and contribute to continuous product improvements.
- Documentation & Enablement: Maintain accurate product documentation and release notes, and support internal enablement through product demos, feature explanations, and release communications.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, customer success, and revenue teams to clarify requirements, support issue resolution, and ensure shared understanding throughout the delivery lifecycle.
What do We Expect from You?
- Minimum 2 years of experience in (Saas) Product Management, Business Analysis, or a closely related role.
- Native-level fluency in Spanish (verbal and written).
- Solid understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum and/or Kanban), using tools such as Azure DevOps, or similar
- Experience producing high-quality product documentation (user stories, workflows, specs, release notes), using tools such as Confluence, or simila.
- Familiarity, at a professional level, with mortgage and consumer lending processes and its regulatory frameworks in Spain
- Comfort working with technical teams and understanding APIs and SaaS concepts.
- Ability to translate customer and business needs into clear, actionable product requirements.
- Strong communication, organizational, and prioritization skills.
- Ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
Bonus Points
- Fluency in Portuguese and/or English
- Understanding of emerging technologies such as GenAI, LLMs, and Agentic AI.
- Hands-on experience with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel or Clarity).
- Experience using customer support or issue-tracking tools (e.g., Intercom, Jira GitHub).
- Experience conducting user interviews, surveys, and usability testing.
- Experience creating product demos, internal enablement materials, or release communications.
