• Manage medium to high level complexity projects or programs
• Coordinate project plans by monitoring schedules and ensuring quality in all deliveries
• Be the primary point of contact on the project with the customer
• Work with the Sales team to understand the services sold and the customer requirements
• Handle a variety of customer issues through multiple communication channels
• Lead your project team to successful completion of the project
• Ensure quality and performance measurements are met and provide feedback to management
• Guarantee the successful completion of required achievements and system-based project closure
• Manage escalations and deal with management and executives to resolve issues
• Mentor newly hired PMs until they are ready to solo
