We're looking for a Purchase-To-Pay Accountant with Portuguese or/and Spanish who will help drive smooth, efficient PTP operations and actively strengthen our Finance Team.

About the Job

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Processing purchase invoices in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Responding to accounts payable (AP) inquiries from internal stakeholders and external vendors, providing clear and professional communication.
• Supporting internal control activities, including documentation and process improvements to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.
• Assisting with internal and external audits, including preparing necessary documentation and liaising with auditors to facilitate a smooth audit process.

About You

We are looking for a unique and amazing talent, who brings along the following:

• Bachelor's degree, preferably related to Finance, Accounting or Business Administration.
• Minimum 1-2 years of professional experience in similar role.
• Solid understanding of accounts payable principles.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
• Command of Portuguese and/or Spanish (minimum B2 level).
• Data entry skills along with a passion for working with numbers.
• Hands-on experience with spreadsheets and standard software tools.
• Excellent cooperation and communication skills.
• Continuous improvement mindset, strong process orientation and a solution orientated work approach.
• Experienced in MS Office and Excel, knowledge of SAP would be a great asset.
