Are you interested in Human Resources? We are now looking for a Recruitment Specialist, Spanish Speaker to join team focused primarily on recruitments in Poland with possibility of supporting LATAM region in the future.

What you'll do

• Support the hiring manager and business HR in end-to-end recruitment process as the primary recruiter
• Co-operate with stakeholders at all levels of the business including candidates, HR business partners and recruitment agencies
• Post jobs in selected recruitment channels and support employer branding activities, schedule interviews and ensure effective communication towards candidates all the way to hiring and onboarding of new joiner
• Process and maintain data in various systems and tools securing the highest quality
• Provide advice to employees and managers related to HR processes in different UPM locations worldwide
• Participate in initiatives focused on process improvements within HR Service Center

Who you are

• You are fluent in English, Polish and Spanish.
• You have a Bachelor's degree (or higher) or equivalent in the relevant field of study
• You have experience in coordinating end to end recruitment or other HR process, or interest in developing your recruitment skills
• You are committed to deliver high-quality service and stakeholders satisfaction
• You are comfortable with MS office programs, MS Excel in particular. Knowledge of HR systems such as SAP or Workday would be considered an asset
