The PO & Vendor Management analyst's primary role is to ensure exceptional operational services are provided to the teams they are supporting in both BUs and Category teams. These services include managing PO and invoice work flow associated with specific brand A&M budgets, maintaining reporting, initiation of VMD creation, and conducting periodic check in's with different teams which they are supporting.
Responsibilities- Interface with Stakeholders and different Teams to gather information needed to create PRs.
- Monitor, purchase orders, receipts and update information
- Facilitates the POs, order changes and providing necessary information to stakeholders.
- Support budget usage throughout the year (annual plan and monthly/quarterly adjustments)
- Tracks actuals spends at PR level
- Ensure effective communication between Buyers, vendors, and internal departments regarding order changes.
- Work with departments to obtain proper approval, research any discrepancies, etc.
- Be fully conversant with new initiatives & continuous improvement
- Resolve any escalated customer or vendor inquiries in a professional and efficient manner
- Complete adhoc analysis of cost buckets across brands to identify efficiency opportunities for future planning purposes
- Approval Matrix Update
- Deliver inputs to comprehensive reporting on KPIs and metrics for payables by sector and capability
Qualifications- Language Skills - Fluent English / Fluent Spanish
- Education: Accounting, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Administration, Data Analytics
- Skilled at collaborating across cross-functional teams
- Ability to handle transactional (repetitive) work
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in order to identify and formulate effective actions and prioritze
- Experience and comfort with digital systems and tools
- Excellent written & oral communication skills; proactively communicates in clear, concise and professional manner
