Description As a Sales Support Specialist, you're the one who assists customers to allow then to maximise their product purchase capabilities. Your day is filled with a range of focused sales support for customers who contact you seeking your assistance. When a customer needs your expertise, you quickly assess their requirements using the Customer Engagement Model & knowledge of current Apple processes. By helping Apple build strong relationships with customers, you are instrumental to our success. You will become a specialist in Apple's products, features and related accessories. Establish rapport with customers so that they will proactively engage with Apple for future product needs. Thrive in a dynamic, performance-based environment where the ability to multi-task is central to success in the role, along with the expectation of dealing professionally with all customers. Understand how to use multiple sources of information to stay current on product, policies and technology changes. Deliver an Only at Apple Experience at every opportunity. Minimum Qualifications - Fluency in Spanish, both verbal & written.
- High standard of written & oral communications in English including ability to enter data into relevant applications with high degree of accuracy & tempo.
- Flexibility to regularly rotate through different sales specialities and provide support to other RCC departments as required.
- Ability to thrive on change as products evolve.
Preferred Qualifications - 1-2 years customer service/sales, consumer retail, or contact centre experience.
- Ability to maintain composure and deliver great customer experiences in any environment and to be invigorated by constant personal interaction.
- Strong communication & presentation skills that allow you to converse confidently when presenting solutions for your customers.
- As this role depends on the volume of the business, flexibility around shifts and weekend working hours will be required
