Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Education, Marketing, or a related field
- 3 to 5 years of experience in team leadership and performance management
- Experience in sales, education, or advisory roles preferred
- Familiarity with CRM systems and reporting tools
- Professional Spanish and English communication proficiency (written and verbal)
- Experience in recruitment and training preferred

Key ResponsibilitiesTeam Leadership & Management
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of academic or sales advisors
- Conduct regular team meetings to review performance, address needs, and align objectives
- Foster a positive team culture through recognition, celebrations, and team-building activities
- Provide coaching, guidance, and support throughout the sales process
- Participate in recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members
Strategic Planning & Execution
- Align branch operations with institutional goals and strategies
- Develop and implement action plans to achieve recruitment and retention targets
- Identify opportunities for improvement and propose strategic initiatives
- Analyze performance data to support decision-making
Operations & Process Management
- Ensure compliance with institutional procedures and policies
- Oversee accurate use and maintenance of CRM systems
- Monitor advisor availability and operational efficiency
- Coordinate logistics, including site changes, in collaboration with Administration
Reporting & Performance Monitoring
- Prepare and submit weekly reports on team performance and progress
- Provide forecasts and projections
- Report on workplace climate and team engagement
- Identify challenges and propose improvement actions
- Track KPIs and ensure achievement of targets
Communication & Representation
- Act as institutional representative at the branch level
- Ensure clear and effective communication of official information to the team
- Represent the organization at fairs, events, and external engagements
- Maintain appropriate communication channels across public and private contexts
