Job DescriptionJob Purpose:Lead the team to achieve targets through effective coaching, motivation, and performance enhancement, ensuring a high-quality service to specific accounts while driving upselling opportunities.
Responsibilities:- Manage team performance by setting clear sales objectives for each agent to boost productivity and revenue generation.
- Oversee workforce management, recommending corrective actions in line with COPC standards to resolve issues and optimize team performance.
- Address customer inquiries and escalations, using these interactions as opportunities for upselling and enhancing customer satisfaction.
- Analyze team performance data and communicate findings to relevant stakeholders to drive improvements and identify upselling potential.
- Handle HR-related employee inquiries and actions using the HR management system to foster a motivated and engaged workforce.
- Inspire staff to meet sales targets by cultivating a positive work environment and ensuring adherence to best practices in customer interactions.
- Generate periodic reports on departmental performance, tracking sales achievements and identifying areas for upselling.
- Coach and mentor team members to enhance their sales skills and competencies, focusing on productivity and upselling techniques.

Technical Skills:- Bachelor's degree, (in business, computer science, or a related field is a Plus).

- Analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate vendor performance, analyze data, and derive insights to support decision-making.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple vendors and projects simultaneously.
- Business acumen and strategic thinking is a plus to align vendor strategies with the integrator's business objectives (Not Mandatory).
- Good knowledge of software solutions, technology trends, and vendor landscape.
