WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- Over 2 years of experience in analytics tools & technologies or processes (preferably, 2-4 years of relevant experience)
- Exceptional collaboration and communication skills, be able to convert stakeholders needs to real business problems
- Ability to operate clearly in an ambiguous environment, influence others, and drive to impact
- Proactivity in resolving ongoing data challenges and take ownership of new projects
- Experience in Power BI, DAX formulation, and other visualization tools
- Experience with Python for data ingestion & automation
- Fluent in English with business communication proficiency
- Knowledge of Spanish will be an asset
- Knowledge of R and/or AI/ML tools is a plus
- Knowledge of Power Automate is a plus

HOW WILL YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US?
- Run E2E analytics projects from gathering business needs to validating hypothesis to output delivery, data visualization and generating value by providing data analysis-to-actionable insights
- Understand complex and diverse technology infrastructure and identify sources and tools needed
- Develop logical and conceptual data flows that are in support of project requirements and advise appropriate and effective use of data
- Communicate and present technical information to non-technical stakeholders
- Provide orientation and training to end users
- Provide commercial perspective & guidance to junior staff members working on individual use cases
- Project & stakeholder management activities, maintaining documentation to support line manager and update stakeholders on project status & risks
