About this Position As a Logistics, Planning & Operations Analyst, you play a vital role in ensuring that customer orders move seamlessly through our supply chain. Your work directly supports service reliability, on-time performance, and the overall customer experience.
You'll be part of a collaborative network that includes Customer Service, Warehouse & Distribution Centers, Carriers, and several internal support teams. In this environment, you'll have the opportunity to troubleshoot challenges, propose improvements, and strengthen cross-functional communication. What you'll do - Plan and execute deliveries into shipments and tender to the approved Carriers in the Oracle Transport Management (OTM) system on a timely manner to ensure that sales orders will be allocated accordingly
- Collaborate proactively with Customer Service, Warehouse and Carriers, as part of invoice validation process
- Coordinates with Carriers, Warehouse and Customer Service in regards with shipment revisions and status
- Perform daily Oracle Transport Management (OTM) Inbox system support
- Actively proposing continuous improvement project and initiatives for further process enhancements
- Adhere to agreed procedures and Henkel's compliance guidelines
- Maintain strong working relationship and communication directly with the Local Load Management Team, Purchase to Pay Team, Tariff Maintenance Team, Warehouse and Distribution Centers and Customer Service
What makes you a good fit - Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Commerce, or related courses
- Minimum of three (3) years related work experience in Supply Chain, Third-Party Logistics (3PL), transportation, import, export, freight and route maintenance; Preferably obtained in Shared Services Center (SSC), Global Business Services (GBS), or Business process outsourcing (BPO) industry is an advantage
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office Applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Power Tools (Power Apps, Power BI, Copilot); Preferably with knowledge in Power Automate, Systems Applications and Products (SAP), Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) or similar related tool is a plus
- Must be a team player, with great attention to detail, excellent analytical skills, and strong organizational skills; Experience with Continuous Improvement and Sustainability is highly preferred
- Proficiency in Spanish and English verbal and written communication is required
- Amenable to work on a night-shift schedule (10:00 PM to 7:00 AM), and report on a hybrid work set-up in Ayala Avenue, Makati
