Main purpose of the role:

Simmons Adaptive are currently seeking an interim banking lawyer who is Spanish law qualified.

This assignment will be to support a leading Financial Institution for 9 months.

This is a BAU transactional support role across Banking, Corporate Banking and Markets (ECM/DCM).

This assignment will sit in the London office, 3 days a week with 2 days from home. You will be supporting the Spanish and Portugues branches of this leading Financial Institution.

Person specification:

• You are a Spanish law qualified lawyer with excellent training.
• You have a minimum of 6 years post qualification experience within banking.
• You are a problem solver and offer a collaborative approach.
• You are able to work in a dynamic and fast moving environment.
• You are able to work quickly and effectively to tight deadlines. You have excellent organisation skills with the ability to effectively prioritise workloads.
• You can work autonomously but can also collaborate as part of the wider team.
• You will be required to hold he relevant right to work in the UK (visa sponsorship is not available).
