Job Description: Are you a detail-oriented professional with strong Spanish and English communication skills? Join our team and play a key role in supporting new hires through a smooth and efficient onboarding experience.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain and update employee records in internal systems
- Accurately enter and verify data in ATS and HR platforms
- Communicate with Spanish-speaking candidates regarding onboarding requirements and next steps
- Translate documents, forms, and instructions as needed
- Ensure completion of all required onboarding and compliance documentation
- Track background checks, reference checks, and other pre-employment requirements
- Provide administrative support to ensure a seamless onboarding process
Must-Have Qualifications- Conversational and comfortable in both English and Spanish (spoken and written)
- At least 6 months of experience in a BPO setting or background in the retail or service industry, such as:
- Consumer sales
- Back-office support
- ESL teaching
- Hospitality
- Service industry roles
- Local BPO (email, chat, or back-office accounts)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Driven, proactive, and eager to learn
Willing to complete
100% onsite training at
Ayala Ave., Makati, then transition to a
hybrid setup (3x a week) at: SM North EDSA (QC), Makati, Exxa Tower, or Alabang
