Job Description: We are looking for a
Spanish Bilingual Recruiter to support high-priority hiring needs. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy sourcing, engaging with candidates, and working in a fast-paced recruitment environment. You will play a key role in identifying and screening qualified talent to meet business demands.
Key Responsibilities- Source and screen candidates through various recruitment channels
- Conduct pre-assessment calls to evaluate qualifications and availability
- Implement creative and effective sourcing strategies
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment trackers
Qualifications- Fluent in Spanish and English Language (spoken and written)
- At least 6 months of experience in the retail or service industry, including: Consumer sales, Back-office support, ESL teaching, Hospitality or service roles. Local BPO (email, chat, or back-office accounts)
- Willing to Start Immediately
- Willing to undergo 100% training onsite at Ayala Ave., Makati, with a hybrid setup after training at any of the following locations: SM North EDSA (QC), Makati, MOA or Alabang.
